July 22, 2008 Board Meeting Agenda Item #81 Title ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE GLENALLEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - REROOF: WING 400 & BUILDING #2 PROJECT Description The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list.  The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.  A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department. Recommendation That the work performed by Jon F. Swift, Inc. for the Glenallen Elementary School - Reroof: Wing 400 & Building #2 project be accepted as substantially complete as of 6/17/2008.
